Our white wine of the week Casal Farneto Pecorino from Falerio. Not to be confused with the cheese its name is derived from the word Pecora meaning sheep, its fabled that it was their favorite grape to munch on. Full bodied and complex minerality, great with Young cheese and white meats. Available by the glass while stocks last.

The Ripasso technique often referred to as the poor mans Amarone gives the wine great concentration with big cherry and chocolate notes. Versatile with most meat dishes and aged cheese. 14% abv.
