A new chapter is beginning… 🌿

Thank you to everyone who supported Caledonia Bistro on the Isle of Bute since 2018. Your visits, celebrations, recommendations and friendship created wonderful memories I’ll always treasure. 💙

Now, it’s time for a new chapter.

Over the coming weeks, this page and Instagram account will become

The setting will change, but the person behind it remains the same — me, Donia.

I’m taking my passion for food, hospitality, wellness and community to Finlaystone Country Park, where Fern Kitchen will focus on food, nature, wellbeing, events, accessibility and inclusion.

Stay with us as I share more about the vision, food, space and events ahead.

After many wonderful years of cooking, sharing meals and creating memories with you, Caledonia Bistro is about to begin a new chapter.
We have some exciting news to share with you very soon… 👀

Our journey is taking us to a new location, with new ideas, new experiences and a new name — while keeping the passion for good food, warm hospitality and bringing people together at the heart of what we do.

For now, we’re keeping a little bit of the surprise… 🤫
