Open today for takeout after a very successful weekend!
Open today (Monday):- 3 - 8pm
Tuesday:- 12-8pm
Wednesday:- 12-8pm
Thursday:- 12-8pm
Friday (if anything is left!):- 4-8pm (due to brew day).

What an absolutely amazing Weekend! Thank you so much to everyone that came down to see what we’ve been up to at the brewery, and for our first 2 days open - on a temporary events notice.
It’s been wonderful chatting to so many of you and hearing your words of support ❤️.
Massive thanks to East Dorset Camra - it was a really good meeting, attended by a huge amount of members! Awesome 👌🍺🐈
So, this is the week… we’ve just proved that there is absolutely no danger entering or leaving the yard, no danger in the yard and that people, drivers & cyclists all have an amazing ability to not walk/drive/cycle into each other!
Special thanks to Dexters Catering for the hotdogs and halloumi burgers!
Extra special thanks to our fantastic staff!
As soon as we know… you’ll all know!

Wow! What an amazing first day! Thank you so much to everyone that came in and supported us - it felt so right, like we are meant to be here!
Sunday we’re doing it again - this time 12-9 and with the excellent Dexters Catering here 1-7 serving up the best dogs you’ve tasted! Halloumi burgers for the non-dog eaters 🫤😂🐈🍺

The brewery Tap is open 12-2 today for an East Dorset CAMRA meeting… then 2-9 for everyone 👌🍺🐈
Then Sunday we are open 12-9 with Dexters Providing amazing Hot dogs and halloumi burgers!
NO PARKING ON SITE. Please use local Car Parks, walk, bus, cycle or helicopter drop.
Also, please treat this as a beer festival and use the same glass for your visit - we can rinse them out!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: We have a TENs (Temporary Events Notice)for the weekend of 1st & 2nd August - that’s Saturday & Sunday…
On the Saturday, we have an East Dorset CAMRA meeting from 12-2. From 2-9 we will be open!
On Sunday we will be open 12-9.
We’ll have a full line-up of beer on cask and a number of keg beers & ciders on!
Why are we doing this? Well…
We are close to a decision on the planning application and we have a minuscule amount of funds left - and we need to pay our consultants- and have enough to finish the tap room!
So please, come on down! We’ll show you around the brewery and you can buy pints, sit and relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot park on site. Use the car park on the Quay or any in Poole town - we aren’t far! Even better, go by bus or cycle or walk…
Are we 100% ready for opening? Not really. We’ve stopped working on the tap room due to not knowing if it’ll get the go ahead.
But, you can still come in. You can still sit outside on a picnic bench, you can still view our awesome Brewkit and have a chat with us.
Come and say hi. We are desperate to meet you all!
