Wine Night — Launch of Our New Wine List 🙌

Join us for the launch of our new wine list, created in collaboration with Keeling Andrew, the team behind Noble Rot restaurant and magazine.

Come along for a relaxed tasting of the new menu, with all samples included in your ticket. We’ll be pouring throughout the evening, giving you the chance to discover some new favourites and get to know the thinking behind the list.

We have a real treat in store for you all next weekend! 👀😲

Flamin Grate Food will be away for a private event 🙁 so we have called upon some friends of the bar to step in for something special. 🤩

Introducing for next Friday and Saturday only from 5:30pm until 9pm... Harry / Calum / Alex 🪩🕺 Harry, Calum & Alex will be firing up the outside BBQ/ Grill serving up smashed burgers and loaded fries. 🔥🔥🔥

A proper farm to table experience... The Pamphill Butchery team is dedicated to providing only the best local produce, stocking meats from their very own farm less than 1 mile away from their shop! The team themselves have been farming at Chillbridge Farm on The Kingston Lacy Estate just outside Wimborne for five generations and celebrated 150 years of doing so in 2020. 🏆🐮

All the Angus beef that goes into these burgers has been expertly butchered in house by the team and dry aged for 6 weeks before being prepared for you lovely lot to enjoy! ❤️🍔

THE SHARKS HAVE LANDED!! 🌊🦈

The story of the Sharks range began with Even Sharks Need Water. Verdant's first-ever New England IPA.

Alongside ESNW, we have the return of Baby Sharks. This Pale Ale was first brewed to celebrate Verdant 10th birthday and is packed with a powerhouse duo of Citra and Galaxy, along with our super-fruity house yeast strain. Releasing a smaller version of their cult IPA felt like a no-brainer in 2024, especially after the arrival of its big brother, WHALE SHARKS, a triple-dry-hopped DIPA version of ESNW.

Last year saw an even bigger addition… THE DON. A massive 10% Triple IPA inspired by the car-crushing bite and sheer awesomeness of the megalodon shark. You’d need a much, much bigger boat if these guys were still around. Needless to say, you can expect something huge from this TIPA. Thick, hoppy, and intense, this beer means business with a 30 g/l dry-hop of Galaxy and Citra. No wonder we only catch a glimpse of this behemoth once a year.

For 2026, these four beers are making a comeback, with an even bigger splash. Releasing them all at once, well, that’s something special, year after year!

Join us for Tour-de-Dog - a bike ride between The Butcher's Dog bars on Saturday 11th July.

Start and finish the ride at either bar and enjoy an easy pedal through the streets and trails of Dorset in a peloton of people who love beer and bikes! ❤️🍺🚵
