This Christmas, St Tropez Lounge & Club will be dressed in beautiful festive decorations, with candles glowing throughout the day—a warm, welcoming setting filled with true Christmas spirit on Poole Quay.

Our Christmas menu brings together signature seafood, roasted New Forest turkey and venison fillet with rich Malbec gravy, followed by indulgent homemade desserts and matured French cheeses.

Whether an intimate table for two or a larger gathering with friends, family or colleagues, every booking is tailored to our guests, with thoughtful details and the personal hospitality at the heart of St Tropez.

What a huge success the Seafood & Sound Festival 2026 was! 🦪🥂🎶
From our opening Oyster & Ch*****ne Tasting accompanied by the beautiful sound of electric violin, to takeaway oysters and Prosecco throughout the weekend, and finally our spectacular grand finale — an intimate in-house concert with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra on Sunday evening.
The seafood was incredibly fresh, abundant and a true extravaganza, and the atmosphere across the whole weekend was simply wonderful.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, supported the festival and shared this very special weekend with us. We loved welcoming you!
And we’re delighted to already have next year’s dates in the diary…

Join us for three days celebrating fantastic local seafood, Ch*****ne, live music and festival atmosphere.
🥂 Friday 11th September – St Tropez Club
Ch*****ne & Oyster Tasting from 6pm with a live electric violin performance by the fabulous Barbara Gasior £35.00– Bashaviolin. Stay for dinner afterwards and receive 20% off your food bill. Booking essential.
🦞 Saturday 12th September – St Tropez Club
Our Seafood Extravaganza runs throughout the day. Fresh local oysters to eat in or take away, with music and the wonderful atmosphere of the festival. No booking needed.
