Apologies to all who may have come in today but we are closing for the day.

Its so hard to write this. We, our pub and little community are utterly devastated that we have lost the most kind, funny, gentle, softest and strongest Brother Bear, Ryan N Caroline Breen. We really can't put into words the loss our little pub and pub family feel. Ryan is part of the soul of the Ffrwd and it'll be a different place without him. Rest easy big fella, we will love and miss you forever ###x

Now the BIG Boules '21 season has come to an end, we would like to thank our boules teams for your continued support and commitment. We truly appreciate the practice you put in and the effort you make, especially for those long journeys on the away games.

Division 1 team Ffrwd Fighters, did well to finish joint 4th in a division which saw them play against international players and some very well established teams who have played together for many years. Fantastic result boys!

Division 2 team Ffrwd B, finished 4th and were unlucky to just miss out on automatic promotion. A great season with new team members who very quickly formed a tight-knit team, outstanding effort!

Thanks again boys for a great season!

WOW! What an amazing day and night we had yesterday! As always Mathew James never fails to get the crowd going! Great atmosphere and so many comments from everyone about what a great time you were having! It's a great feeling to be slowly returning to normal and see you all up there dancing and having a great time! Thanks to our hardworking bar staff and everyone for your support but especially superstar DJ Mathew James!! 👍🕺💃🍻🥂

I’ll be back on the decks outside at the Twyn Y Ffrwd for a 6 hour DJ set, expect everything from singalong to dance anthems. All sorts of tunes in the mix for all tastes.
I’ll be playing from 4pm til 10pm.
