Our last 90s night was absolutely INCREDIBLE, the classics were dropping all night with the dancefloor buzzing with a great atmosphere.

I’ve known Nick Coles for several years, so I wanted to show up and support his legendary Crash the 90s brand last night and what a great night!

With plans changing just days before the event, Nick and the team moved fast, pulled it all together and delivered in style. Experience & passion created epic Results.

The night also gave us the chance to reconnect and start plotting something seriously special together, as we run 2 great brands CrashThe90s & Clubnight Events so it made natural sense to discuss details.

Two brands. Big ideas. One shared passion for unforgettable music experiences across the South West and beyond.

Next stop: 20/09/26 @ Ibiza. I’m taking a crew of 10, hitting the biggest summer closing parties and dance arenas with Nick Coles doing what he does best: bringing the ultimate sounds to the crowds.

This Week’s Mix at 6 — Back to the originals.

This week, we’re heading back to the late ’70s and early ’80s to uncover the disco classics that later provided the hooks, grooves and vocals behind some huge ’90s dancefloor hits.

Phats & Small – Turn Around
Their UK #2 hit from 1999 borrowed its vocal from Toney Lee – “Reach Up”, while that irresistible disco groove came from Change – “The Glow of Love.”

Armand Van Helden – You Don’t Know Me
A UK #1 in 1999, built around the distinctive string and disco hook from Carrie Lucas – “Dance With You” (1979).

Norma Jean Wright – Saturday
A fabulous 1978 disco classic that found a whole new audience when a version became associated with ITV’s Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.

Gusto – Disco’s Revenge
The 1995 house anthem, which reached UK #9, was built around the infectious groove from Harvey Mason – “Groovin’ You” (1979).

With iconic artists such as Wham, Yazz, Ce Ce Pen*ston, Diana Ross, this extended 21 track mix for over one and half hours will get your kitchen floors moving.
