Just wanna reiterate me thankies to everyone who ever comes along to Weirdos at The Fortescue. As someone who doesn't go out and dance on tables as often as I used to, it's a wonderful way for me to catch-up with dear people under the umbrella of playing mad tunes some of us wanna hear, have a bit of a yap and a boogie, and meet new faces too. Turns out it's been going on longer than I'd thought (27 years), and the support you lovelies give has been nothing short of a joy and an inspiration. We've a few months left now, so I'll plonk the dates up. If you've ne'er been before, but fancy giving it a whirl, you'll find the Weirdos regulars to be a delightful and welcoming crew. No cliques, and an open door, as such p***y (and other such offshoots) shenanigans should be.

Not wanting to be labelled 'The Spin Master', I always try to bring along more than one record to Weirdos with me.

At the last 'un, I was asked for two artistes I'd not brought (The Misfits and Toyah). Now added 'em to my MP3 wheels of steel. The time before was Zappa and Big in Japan. They're on board too.

Any other fancies, please lemmie know and shall come prepared to boogie.
