Alan Hambly funeral arrangements.💔

Dear friends of the Saltram club.

It is with great sadness that we have been asked to inform you by family that one of the clubs most fondest members Alan Hambly has sadly passed away on 5th August.

Alan was almost part of the furniture here at the club over the years as well as the Raffle king !

He was a wonderful man and will be sorely missed . Thoughts and condolences with his wife Gloria and family.

We will follow with any funeral information when we know.

Hi everyone it's Louisa !

Just checking in with everyone to see how we are all doing ?.hoping everyone is well .?,.

I have been lucky enough to see a few of you recently up the Clifton pub in greenbank where Nicky and her team have made us feel very welcome.hope to see some more faces soon.

I will be changing the name of this group to Friends of the Saltram club. For a number of reasons
1. I am still getting request and messages to hire out etc.
2. The confusion of people still thinking we are open.
3. To still be able to keep in touch with everyone if you choose too.

I unfortunately do not have any answers for you all on the future of the clubs building but I'm sure everyone will know when something does happen.

Again hope everyone is well please feel free to share any memories on this page or upcoming celebrations or even if your popping somewhere for a pint and want a get together....👍

Dear members.
It's with deep regret that after taking advice from both our accountants and a potential insolvency practice.

We have decided to close the doors of the Saltram club on the 29th of may.

I appreciate that this won't come as any shock to members that use the clubs facilities regularly.
The club will be on the market, and will be, and are looking to find a buyer.

We would like this opportunity to thank Louisa and all her team for the amazing work they have put in over the years.

This Saturday we have Sonny king live from 9pm!!

Unfortunately we are experiencing some issues with our card machine and therefore unable to take card payments untill the issue has been resolved.
We will keep you informed when we know.
