So let's introduce this little guy, Cortado in Spanish means 'to cut', as you are literally cutting through the espresso with the milk with the ratio 1:1 to lessen that acidic taste.

Originating in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, the Cortado is a firm favourite of coffee connoisseurs. Maybe you'll try it next time you're in!
