Our award winning Chef, Richard Willis has spent the past decade refining his skills in Sussex and brings with him an unrivalled knowledge of the best ingredients that the County can provide. Our cellar is well stocked with the finest local beers from Harveys of Lewes to our local vicar’s famous Rectory ales. We have an extensive wine list of Old World and New World wines that has been chosen to compliment our menu.
