We are looking for a motivated & passionate CDP or Junior Sous Chef to join our team. If you know us already, you’ll know that you will be working with fresh ingredients, in a supportive, professional kitchen
environment.

What you’ll be doing:

- Running your own section with confidence and consistency
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Working closely with the Head Chef on menu development and specials
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety practices
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis ready to step up
- A passion for freshly cooked food
- A team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn
- your own transport is essential due to remote location
