Right then… it’s Sunday, you’re hungry, and we’ve got four roasts lined up like a meaty Avengers assemble. If you’re not already drooling, give it a minute 😏🍽️

Today’s lineup of legends:
- Topside of Scotch beef — the classic, the favourite, the one your granny would approve of.
- Leg of Border lamb — soft, juicy, and guaranteed to make you say “oh go on then”.
- haunch of local red deer — the majestic Highland hero, practically wearing a kilt.
- Pork loin — crackling so good it should come with a warning.

And yes… you can try 1, 2, 3… or even all 4 if you’re feeling brave. We won’t judge. In fact, we’ll probably cheer you on.
