We’re looking for new players to join our darts and dominoes team.

We play in the Somercotes League every Wednesday evening, and we’re always keen to welcome new faces—whether you’re experienced or just fancy getting involved and having a good night out.

It’s a friendly, relaxed team with a great atmosphere, so if you enjoy a bit of competition and a laugh, you’ll fit right in.

To help everyone enjoy their visit and to respect our neighbours, please note the following:

🕣 No children after 8:30 PM

🌿 Beer Garden closes at 9:45 PM

🚬 If you smoke, we kindly ask that you use the area at the rear of the pub where possible rather than smoking at the front entrance.

🏡 We are located in a residential area, so please be considerate of our neighbours when arriving, leaving, and enjoying your evening.

🍻 The Headstocks Reopens Today! 🍻

Well, this wasn’t quite the plan!
After being closed for a while, I wasn’t expecting to be able to reopen today, but things have moved much faster than expected and I’m delighted to say that The
Headstocks will be open from 4:00 PM today.

Thank you for your patience and support while we’ve been closed. It will be great to welcome everyone back through the doors for a drink and a catch-up.

🍻 Hello Pinxton! 🍻

I'm Kacey, and many of you will know me as Kerry's daughter from The Railway.

I'm really excited to share that I've taken over The Headstocks and can't wait to give it a fresh start! It's been amazing hearing all the lovely comments and support already.

We're not open just yet, but we've got a great team of people hard at work carrying out repairs and freshening things up ready for opening. The plan is to open sometime next week, although I can't give an exact date just yet. As soon as I know, you'll know! 😊
