No frozen chips here. We take the finest Sagitta potato, hand peel, hand cut, blanch then deep fry. Creating the best, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside chip. Might cost a bit more and be more time consuming to produce than opening a bag from a freezer. But so worth it
