As some of you know, I’ve got a couple of health issues that I need to address, so i'm taking a break from DJing for a couple of months whilst I start some new medication.
It wasn’t an easy decision because I love doing what I do and seeing everyone out enjoying themselves every week, but right now I need to put my health first and to give the new medication time to work. Thanks to everyone for all the support, bookings & the laughs. So the karaoke night at the Sun will be the last one for now whilst I take a brief intermission so why not pop down give us a song and make a it a good one & hopefully ill be back before you can say one more encore LOL LOL LOL

Come and join us and choose your favourite records to play...our two boxes to choose from tomorrow are a fabulous 60's box and a general mixed box......see you at 8pm.

There will be another session of PAM on Bank Holiday Monday so all you singers, musicians and audience come and join us any time from 7.30 for a great evening of music!

I have a couple of tables available for the he quiz on Thursday.... message to book 🥰

The quiz this week is for my own chosen charity....it's for the amazing Jean Thorpe. This wonderful woman single-handedly rehabs and releases our most beloved and vulnerable wildlife members, she is a champion for all wildlife, especially birds of prey and I'm very proud to know her.
If you can donate anything to the raffle or can find your way clear to giving a small donation to her work I would be very grateful 🙏🏼🥰

On Wednesday 6th from 8 o'clock we shall be enjoying another VINYL NIGHT when you are welcome to come and choose which records we play!! This week we'll have a box of singles from the 80s and 90s - and of course a box from the 50s to the 90s. Something for everyone!

Hi everyone, I just want to address something that's been put on a Google review as it's very misleading.........

"If you want wi fi. Forget it.
IT'S ONLY FOR LOCAL PEOPLE. 👃 Ha Ha Ha! Sheep lovers. Country bumpkins living in the past. Ha. Ha."

Just so you know......we don't favour any of our customers over another, NOBODY gets WiFi as the pub itself doesn't have any and the signal from the flat upstairs is too weak to even run our card machine as they're on two separate wiring systems and the stone walls don't help.

Even if we could get WiFi we wouldn't.....we prefer it without, people can sit and talk to each other.....it's lovely ☺️

I have often hotspotted people from my own phone if someone has needed it but in this age of cheap mobile data not many people ask anymore.

PS...... I agree with the rest of it though!! 😉😆🐑🐏🐑 Xx
