Introducing Eorphe × The Hearth

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to bring you our very first collaboration — an evening celebrating exceptional food, creativity and a shared passion for locally sourced ingredients.

On Saturday 5th December, we welcome Chef Darryl Harrison to The Hearth at Appletree Country Inn. With a strong fine-dining background, Darryl brings together culinary traditions, seasonal ingredients and a commitment to sustainability to create something truly special.

Expect an Alpine-inspired six-course tasting menu, showcasing Darryl’s culinary creativity and celebrating the very best of the season.

Tickets are now on sale, with strictly limited availability.
