Established in the most Eastern point of mainland Scotland, we brew our b**rs in small batches in the nautical town of Peterhead. At Brew Toon we are passionate about creating a brand new wave of unique craft b**rs – loaded with quality flavours & vibrant character. Centennial and Willamette hops balance a generous grist of Maris Otter, Cara, Crystal, Munich and Golden Naked Oats. Smooth, balanced and seriously drinkable — raise a pint to the Exchange! 🍻

Something’s been brewing behind the scenes…

Not b**r. Not quite.

We’ve been working on something a little different up here on Scotland’s north-east coast. It’s taken a fair bit of planning, a few experiments and a healthy disregard for doing things the easy way.

🏆 SCOTTISH BREWERY OF THE YEAR 2026! 🏆

We are absolutely over the moon to announce that yesterday we were crowned Scottish Brewery of the Year 2026 at the Scottish B**r Awards !

On a day where we were already blessed to take home a whopping 5 Golds and 4 Silver Awards across our range of craft b**rs, we also scooped the prestigious honour of Scottish Brewery of the Year, going up against a lineup of some of Scotland’s biggest and best breweries.

A huge thank you to the whole team at Brew Toon for the immense hard work, passion, skill and determination that has driven us to this position. This award belongs to every single person who has played a part in Brew Toon.

A massive thank you also to B**r Matters Conference & Trade Show & KD Media for putting on such a fantastic conference and event.

Congratulations to all our fellow breweries on their successes, and a heartfelt thank you to all the sponsors and guest speakers who shared their stories, knowledge and insights throughout the day. There were some seriously inspiring people in the room, and you should all be proud of what you’ve achieved.

For a small independent brewery based up in Peterhead, to be named Scottish Brewery of the Year is something we’re incredibly proud of. We feel very privileged to have achieved this, and it’s an award we’ll treasure for a very long time.
