Being a venue with a heavy interest in performing arts and the local music community, we’re floating a proposition to see what interest there is in the venue running a DJ course.

This would consist of face to face weekly or fortnightly sessions at the venue.

It would start with a “classroom” element of theory covering the foundations, followed by practical sessions using the equipment.

Training material would be given out and kept in a folder to keep.

As the course progresses, depending on the desire of the course delegate, there would be a lean toward vinyl or digital format.

Would be looking at six to eight sessions at around two hours per session on a weekday evening, at £50 per person per session.
