EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW about our ODE this weekend

😊EVERYONE IS WELCOME! 😊
👨🏼Especially dads on Sunday….treat them to a beer from our onsite bar!👨🏻

🚶🏼‍♀️The course will be open on Friday from 3pm AND NOT EARLIER to walk and can be walked throughout the competition. Keep your eyes and ears open for whistles.

📍Postcode for event is GL56 9TB (fence judges only to go down main house drive, horse transport to use event entrance which is clearly marked). Signed from the main roads. Park where you are told to park(this includes cars) and please don’t make our parking guys jobs tricky!!!

⛔️ There are some road closures around Stow on the Wold on Sunday morning for a 10k race! Please check your route is not affected.

🌾There are some areas on site that will appear to be randomly roped off! They are NOT random areas so please stay off them! Pedestrians included!!

🌦️The bit of rain and bit of sun has made the old turf perfect and the going report will be published.

💩Please take all your rubbish home with you, including your dog poo bags!

⏰ Please compete at your given times.

Only 8 combinations are allowed in the Show jumping warm-up at once - it’s just nicer for everyone!

ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES 🐶

Dressage tests - please WhatsApp - 07900 994398 with your competitor number, section and name, and we will try to send you your test ASAP. If your section has finished, they will be available at the information point.

🚨 New Recruit Alert 🚨

We’re thrilled to announce the latest addition to Trot & Tipple… our 5-month-old son, Oscar.

Currently on probation and under constant performance review:

-Regularly sleeps on the job 😴
-Frequently spotted at the end of the bottle
-Has strong opinions but communicates exclusively in babbling 📣
-Zero contribution to team meetings
-Questionable timekeeping – up at all hours

Strengths include:
✔️ Exceptional cuteness
✔️ Morale boosting
✔️ Surprisingly strong grip (especially on hair and pint glasses)

We’re monitoring progress closely…but early signs suggest he may just make it past his trial period...

Another busy weekend is rolling in and we can’t wait! 🍻🌿

Trot & Tipple are heading back to the fantastic **Cropthorne Walkabout** — and it’s shaping up to be a brilliant one.

A day packed with family fun, beautiful open gardens, unique stalls, live music, delicious food… and of course, *great drinks* (we’ve got that covered 😉).
