Sometimes you just got to stand back and admire how back in 1927 James Braid saw the land and proposed layout by Cornishman Dr Knowles and they went with it.

Between them they created a masterpiece of what we know today.

The short par 4 13th presents one of the best birdie chances on the course. Depending on the wind direction, the less than 300 yard hole can even present chances for the illustrious 🦅. Take the tee shot on and you may be rewarded, but trouble awaits for errant shots and a 3 tiered green can catch the best putters out.

With some of the best views over the entire golf course and out to the Atlantic Ocean, it’s no wonder it’s one of our members favourites.
