Its an indoor one, should be busy as well, plus its free!

Now it’s time for the next chapter!

This winter, we’re hoping to start work on a BRAND-NEW PERMANENT COVERED AREA to replace the stretch tent — giving us a fantastic all-weather space that we can enjoy together for years to come! 🙌

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that The Star Penkridge has made the TOP 3 in TWO categories at the Pride of Staffordshire Community Pub Awards 2026! 🏆🍺

🍻 ALE PUB – TOP 3
🌿 BEER GARDEN – TOP 3

To be recognised in not one, but two categories means the absolute world to us. ❤️

We put so much into making The Star a proper community pub — somewhere for great beer, great events, great afternoons in the garden and, most importantly, great people.

A massive thank you has to go to TEAM STAR ⭐️. None of what we do would be possible without the incredible bunch of people behind our bar and behind the scenes.

And of course, THANK YOU to all of you who drink with us, support our events, sit in our beer garden, recommend us, vote for us and continue to support your local. 🥰
