This is our chance to thank our fantastic team for all of their hard work over the last year — and it’s very well deserved! 💛

After an incredibly busy year, it’s time for us to say a huge THANK YOU to our amazing team for all their hard work, dedication, and smiles they bring every single day 💛

Because of this, The Flotterstone Inn will be CLOSED on Wednesday 27th May from 2:30pm while our staff have a well-deserved celebration 🍻🥳

💛 A Quick Update on Our Gift Vouchers

Firstly, thank you so much for your continued support of Flotterstone Inn — it truly means the world to us as a small family business.

Over the past year, we’ve always tried to keep our gift voucher system simple and easy to use. Unfortunately, we’ve recently experienced some misuse — including chargebacks and repeat redemptions — which has resulted in significant losses for the business.

Because of this, we’ve had to make a few important changes to help protect us, while still offering vouchers as a special gift option for you and your loved ones.

✨ What’s changing:
• Vouchers can now be purchased online via our website or in person
• We’re no longer able to process voucher sales over the phone
• Updated terms & conditions now apply (see website for details)
• Voucher code confirmation and a signature will be required when redeeming

We want to reassure all our customers that this decision hasn’t been taken lightly. It’s simply a case of an increasing number of incidents impacting what has always been a positive experience.
