We’ve been a little quiet on the Sunday Club front lately, but we’re putting that right… and what better way to kick things off than with a good old-fashioned Quiz Night!

🐟✨ That's a wrap on Fish Week... almost! ✨🐟

As we head into the final day of Fish Week, we'd just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has joined us this week, shared our posts, recommended us to friends, commented on our photos, and most importantly, popped in to enjoy some of the specials.

It's been fantastic to see so many of you trying the dishes, and we've loved reading your comments and hearing your feedback throughout the week. Your support means the world to a small business like ours. 💙

If you've been thinking about giving Fish Week a try but haven't quite got around to it yet, today is your last chance! We've got a specials board packed with fish dishes available throughout the day, alongside our usual menu.

💭 Thursday Thoughtful...

I saw a post this week that really got me thinking.

A local charity page had taken the time to promote another local business. There was nothing in it for them, no obvious benefit, no catch – just a genuine desire to support someone they know and help spread the word about what they do.

In a world that can sometimes feel very much like "every business for itself", it was genuinely refreshing to see.

As business owners, it's natural that we're focused on our own businesses. We all have bills to pay, staff to look after and challenges to face. But sometimes I wonder whether we underestimate just how much a simple like, share, recommendation or mention can mean to another local business.

One of the things I love about Pembroke is the number of people who genuinely care about the town and want to see it thrive. There are some fantastic people who spend their own time promoting local businesses, events and organisations simply because they want to see the town succeed.

The reality is that when people are encouraged to shop, eat, drink and spend time in Pembroke, everybody benefits. A thriving town attracts more visitors, creates more opportunities and helps keep our high street and local businesses alive.

Perhaps if we all supported each other a little more often, whether that's sharing a post, recommending a business, or simply saying something positive, it could make a bigger difference than we realise.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday – it was lovely to see so many of you enjoying our Fish Week specials. The seafood chowder was particularly popular, and we’re hoping today’s dishes are just as well received! 😊

Today’s specials are:

🐟 Salmon Fillet – served with roasted baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables & a dill mustard sauce - £17.95

🦪 Moules Marinière – mussels in a white wine & garlic cream sauce, served with bread or chips - £11.95
