Frankenstein Valeting is a fully mobile service that can come to your home or workplace (when booking, please inform us if it is a workplace to ensure we are equip and prepared for this). The areas we cover are Wigan, Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Burscough, North Liverpool and surrounding areas. (further areas can be covered at an additional cost for fuel/travel time).

‼️UPDATE‼️
As you all may or may not know I broke my collarbone pretty bad around 9ish weeks ago. It didn’t heal properly and was painful throughout the recovery process. Unfortunately that then meant surgery 🙃. So last week I had surgery and had a plate and screws put in to secure the bones. A significant size scar later, I’m still in pain as you can imagine and doing absolutely anything is 10x harder than it would be normally.
So recovery……. It looks like around 12 weeks to be able to lift anything heavy. Lift light after 6 weeks maybe and possibly drive after 6 weeks.
Physio appointments already booked to try and get motion and flexibility back in my shoulder etc as it’s been so long not moving properly. Orthopaedics appointment also booked to see how the bones are healing and remove stitches etc hopefully.

Long winded this I’m sorry.
So I have been passing any of my enquiries to Phil and maintenance customers. Hopefully that’s all been ok for you (I’ve had no complaints like). Thanks Phil.

Big thank you to my partner Zoe who has looked after me since breaking my collarbone. Literally I don’t know what I would have done or would do without her. Showering, feeding, cleaning, taxiing me about and so much more! Giving me unconditional love throughout as always and hasn’t complained once! Not once! Thank you Zoe I love you.

Now…… having been out for weeks and weeks it has shown me a different light too. It’s shown me who “doesn’t really care” maybe? Now I have had a handful of messages from customers etc reaching out and checking in and I appreciate it so much. But it’s amazing how many people haven’t, people you would probably “expect” to. People very close before or so I thought. It’s really opened my eyes and something that I think is food for thought in the future. I am going to be a bit more selfish. I am going to lone wolf it a bit more. Anyway you get what I mean. Doors have been closed on me when I probably needed them open more than ever.

So long winded but that’s the update for everyone. If anything changes I’ll do another in a few weeks. Thanks. Sean.

Unfortunately my recovery hasn’t went well. My collarbone hasn’t healed and I need surgery. Having been out of work for 6 weeks and probably around another 8 weeks out it’s hard.
Physically, mentally and financially it’s horrendous. Massive appreciation to the few who have reached out and checked in.
Thank you to all the maintenance customers who are willing to stick with me and Phil. Obviously Phil is having to take over for now but you are in safe hands.
I’ve taken to selling most of my wardrobe on Vinted 😅 and trying to buy to sell trainers etc. it’s not much but it’s keeping me sane 😅

URGENT UPDATE *
Unfortunately I have broken my collarbone and possibly shoulder playing football. I will be contacting our clients already booked in who may not see this post. If you are seeing it, please bear with me. Phil will more than likely take on the work that is booked in. If you are on the maintenance you know Phil already. You just won’t see my beautiful face for minimum 6 weeks 😅. Being self employed this is going to impact myself massively financially etc. so if anyone can use a 1 armed person who can’t drive for any work, let me know 😅. Anything online preferably (if you don’t ask you don’t get so I’m asking 😂). Peace and love ✌🏻

A Deep Clean Detail from a few days ago.
Pretty bad stains to the seats which these cars are renowned for. Some dog hair in the boot and the exterior was in need of some attention. Steam cleaned and ready for sale. Ideal first car or commuter car. Being an older diesel it’s just £20 a year tax and these days that’s a bargain! I pay more than that a month for my van 🥴😅. If you are looking to sell your car or return it to the lease company, get in touch and we can see what might be needed to increase the value. Or keep the lease gremlins away when they asses it 😂.

We love a Volvo! But unfortunately we don’t very often get to look after them for reasons unknown? This V90 received a Deep Clean Detail and I would say it’s almost as good as when it left the dealership at the start of its life. We ended up spending an extra hour on the car due to the alloys being absolutely toast 😅 and also the boot was full of dog hair. Phil got the sh*tty end of the stick of the boot whilst I steam cleaned the whole interior (sorry Phil).

Today we carried out our Deep Clean Detail package on this Vauxhall Astra. I don’t think we anticipated how bad this one was going to be 😅. The whole car got the steam clean treatment and all of the nooks and crannies were blasted clean. We love a good before and after picture as it’s really satisfying looking at where it started off and where it is now! A really happy client and I bet a really happy car 😂. If you are in the Skelmersdale or surrounding areas give us a message. And be prepared to send pictures of your car, just to give us a heads up 😂

Protection Detail ✨ this is not a paint correction by any means. This is a machine polish to enhance the colour and boost the gloss. The results speak for themselves. The paintwork was in desperate need of some TLC. We took the car from looking grey and dull, back to black and glossy. The customer was so happy they have decided to keep the car and not sell it. Happy days, job done 💪🏻
