A Message from Davinia & Develop Outdoors CIC
After three wonderful years, Le Petit Vélo is entering an exciting new chapter and we wanted to share the news with you properly, because you've been part of making it what it is.

Davinia will be stepping back from running the café at the end of April, and Develop Outdoors CIC will be taking over, relaunching the space as The DOT Café in June.

Our last day of trading under the current setup will be Saturday 25th April.

All of our scheduled events will be taking place, and we’ll be open 8am – 3pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday until the 25th.

The café will then take a short break during May while we prepare for the relaunch, reopening in early June.

None of it would have been possible without your support, and I mean that. I couldn't have got this far without you. I'm excited to see where Develop Outdoors takes it next, and I hope you'll carry on being part of the story."

As an education and community service supporting young people with SEND aged 5–24, Develop Outdoors CIC creates opportunities for young people to build confidence, develop skills, and take steps towards their future. We are excited to relaunch the café as The DOT Café, with a strong community and training focus. This space will give young people real, hands-on experience to support their journey into further training and employment.

We are thrilled that Davinia will continue working with us, supporting our students as they build confidence, skills, and experience. We wish Davinia every success in this exciting new chapter and are inspired by the café legacy she leaves behind. We look forward to transforming the café into a bright future for young people and an inviting space for our community to share.’
