This former 18th Century Cornish Coaching Inn situated between Par and St Austell, is a family run establishment with a stylish bar, delightful restaurant, luxury rooms, and facilities for weddings & functions. Our friendly and inviting Freehouse has been family run since 1981 alongside our long serving and attentive staff. Our menus cater to a variety of tastes and there’s plenty of choice for those with dietaries and preferences, taking every step to ensure our customer’s expectations are met time and time again. We also serve our delicious Sunday Roast lunches all year round and offer a variety of delightful intimate dining areas including our AA Dinner Award for our Waves Restaurant. We have 8 luxuriously appointed AA 4 star guest accommodation, decorated individually so each guest room has its own unique personality including all modern en-suites, we have two generously sized family rooms which cater for quad occupancy.
