Our kitchen will be closed for refurbishment today, Monday 6th October, and Tuesday 7th October reopening again Wednesday at our usual time of 12 midday. During this time our bar will be open serving drinks as normal. We look forward to seeing you 🙂

So as storm Amy digs her heels in, we thought we’d take all necessary action to make sure you’re all safe tonight at the Anchor, so chefs Jamie & Ray made the most delectable mouthwatering triple layered chocolate mousse with Chambord soaked berries and chantilly cream, after which you will not want to leave the Anchor thus keeping you all safe.

After 6 whole weeks of serving all you great folks that have been through the Anchors doors, it’s time to through our autumn menu out there.
Keeping your taste buds excited while making sure we still get that broad smile of satisfaction at some of the Anchor staples, we think this menu has something for everyone and will bring a joy to your bellies.
