Keeping it traditional for Dìa de los Mu***os, one of our tasty specials at La Mesa Paisley this week is this delicious Chicken Pozole: a roast chicken and hominy (white corn) stew in a rich chilli broth with lime, coriander, radish, sesame and pickled red cabbage.
