Starting the season with the beautiful, iconic River Test with head river keeper .hodder.319 and his under keeper Alex Hibdige
The primary allowed us to create our own menu for him based around seasonal produce and foraging. So here you have our main dish creation:

Garden herb and wild garlic marinated rack of Texel Hogget served with first season new potatoes, Oxfordshire asparagus, spring peas with a wild garlic,mint and pistachio pesto

Last day of the corporate fishing season for us on The Test, and what an amazing season it has been!
Huge thank you to Tritax, .hodder.319, Alex, and all the guides; these days are made by the team behind it. To for making our epic rig that has been a highlight of the seasons fire cooking.
Feeling grateful to be able to create beautiful food with our amazing suppliers and bring to life fire feasts that embody the great British produce of our amazing countryside; and let’s face it is the most picturesque of them all to host.
for always keeping my meat game strong! 💪🏼 without them we would be vegan lol😅🤪😉

The Signature Stornoway Scotch Egg is a firm favourite on shoot days, served with our honey grain mustard dip with a hint of Tabasco for the lip smacking satisfaction.

Our shoot Elevenses, lunches and suppers kick off at the end of the month and we are so excited to be back out in the field doing what we love.
