We create all our meals in house, using local, fresh,organic (where possible) ingredients. Offering a tasty, filling, healthy alternative dining experience. in a relaxed, friendly, informal atmosphere.

Hi folks... it’s been a while!
Here’s an update.

The fir tree pub is reopening on 3rd November, which is great news!

There will of course be changes necessary to comply with the current COVID legislation, and the landlord and his team will need time to implement these measures, especially where food service is concerned.

As Feast without the Beast is an independently run kitchen we will also need to implement these new measures, and so I have been in discussion with the Fir Tree and have agreed that we will be postponing the reopening of the Feast until the landlord has had an opportunity to make the necessary changes

I cannot give a definitive date for the reintroduction of the Sunday service at the moment, but I ask for your support to all of our local businesses in these challenging times and also your patience.

In the meantime if you have any new ideas for recipe inclusions for the Sunday service feel free to post them here and I’ll see what I can do?

Hi folks
We hope you are all safe and well?
Just dropping an update about the potential reopening of the Sunday service.
As some of you might have seen recently via the Fir Tree pub page.....guidelines have been changed regarding social distancing at certain locations..... the Fir Tree is currently in discussion with the brewery regarding the implementation of the appropriate safety measures and how it will affect the day to day operations, layout, service etc....so at present the pub remains closed.... however ourselves and the Fir Tree hope to resume service when there is a little more clarity concerning these measures.

Look forward to seeing you all.... but maybe not all at once.

Sunday service tomorrow from 12, there will be coverage of the rugby so let us know if you would like to watch it ... or not.
There’s always drinking games or board games .....or even games without frontiers..... for your entertainment !!

We know you’re all sprucing yourself up for your big valentines evening.... but should you wish to continue the weekend of romance ... then join us for the Sunday service 12-6 .... the landlord has his favorite power ballad playlist ready to go to set the mood .... or we have an extensive Slayer and Cannibal co**se back catalogue at our disposal as you gaze lovingly at each other......it could go either way!
Personally We’re looking forward to the REO Speedwagon/Sepultura mash up to get us going!
