So as most of you know, one of our plans for The Horseshoe was to convert one of the outbuildings into a pool and darts room.

Unfortunately due to a multitude of reasons, this just isn’t possible right now, from planning permissions and licensing to finances.

But we aren’t ready to give up on that dream yet!

With stripping things back and turning the pub back into exactly that – a pub, we’re just bringing the idea inside!

So what was before a restaurant, is now a cozy lounge, with a pool table, darts board & board games. A much more relaxed environment to grab a bite to eat with friends, have a game of pool and a few drinks.

Don’t fancy that? We still have PLENTY of seating for those who just want to have a meal away from that.

In the bar we’ve had a jukebox installed, so you can listen to your favourite songs! Not to mention, the pub staple - a new fruit machine!

We’re really excited to see what this new era of The Horseshoe brings and hope you’ll support us in finding our feet in this new style of pub!

We’ve had a few technical problems so the dart board will be up in the next few days and the pool table is cash only for the time being… £1.50 per go☺️

Thank you to all who came to our Comedy Night!

It was great to see so many people in attendance supporting their local.

Although the acts got off to a shaky start it really did end on a high with the final 3 acts who smashed it out of the park!
