Join the team at The Halfway House! We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our busy restaurant team.

What we’re looking for:
✨ Flexible availability throughout the week, including evenings and weekends
✨ A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
✨ Someone who truly cares about customers and goes the extra mile
✨ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✨ Previous hospitality experience

The role will involve:
✔️ Supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant
✔️ Leading and motivating the team during service
✔️ Ensuring high standards of food service, cleanliness, and customer care
✔️ Helping create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests
