ACCESS TO NMRC!

Access to the club is changing

The current door system is in the process of being replaced. The new system has been designed to improve security, simplify access, and ensure fair use of facilities aligned to membership.

When the new ACT365 system is installed, access will be via your smartphone and your current membership card will no longer function.

Without a valid membership and valid licence on your mobile phone - No entry

So, it is essential that we have the current and accurate email address and phone number for every member.

This is essential for issuing your ACT365 access licence.

If you haven’t provided or updated your phone number or email address, please complete a form with the bar staff.

We recognise a small number of members may not have access to this technology. Temporary smart cards will be issued to ensure continued access while we support members through the transition.

The main benefits of the new system?
• Improved building security
• Controlled access based on membership
• No need to carry keys or fobs
• Reduced risk of lost or shared access devices
• A more efficient and future-ready system

We appreciate your cooperation and support as we implement this important upgrade.

NMPFA encourages all charity members, residents, and supporters to review and comment on the proposed Padel courts planning application submitted by Padel Up3.



The proposal has been designed to meet and, where possible, exceed relevant planning and operational requirements whilst supporting the long-term sustainability of the charity and its sporting sections through investment, improved facilities, and increased community participation.



Key benefits include:

• Reduced financial pressure on sporting sections & charity

• Greater membership cost stability

• Promotion of health, wellbeing, and community activity
