🔴⚽🔵 During our recent managers meeting chairperson Adam announced the planned drainage for the new 9 v 9 pitch area will now be extended to include the 5 v 5 and 7 v 7 pitches!
🎉😊The surprise was well received by managers; Haunchwood continues to invest in our grass pitches tackling those waterlogged areas we face in the top corner of Ansley every season. The extended investment into our facilities hopes to minimise game call offs ensuring our junior players keep playing all season!
🌱🌧️A Primary Lateral Drainage System is being installed this week by ground contractors Larch Groundwork Ltd throughout the new levelled area, existing 7v7, and 5v5 pitches 🌱🌧️
⚽Due to the groundworks all home games in 5v5 and 7v7 formats have been rescheduled to play at Arley this weekend. All affected team mangers have been made aware.
We are hopeful the change of venue will be for this weekend only; managers will be kept updated with the pitch progress.
⚽ 9v9 and 11v11 formats are unaffected but are asked to remain pitch side of the tapped off barrier, away from the works preventing any possible injury or disruption.
