Merry Christmas everyone!! We have had an amazing first year, thank you to everyone who booked us for their event or bought a drink from our bar. We have had the best time! We’ve ended the year with festive Margaritas and designing prototypes for our pre-mixed cocktails…

‘It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!! We absolutely love making Christmas Cocktails…. And drinking them! 😉
Here we’ve used Kirkjuvagr Gin by (festive gin) shaken with dry vermouth and blackberry liqueur. Topped with burnt orange, cranberries and star anise this is Christmas in a cocktail glass.

The calm before the storm! Remember if you are coming down, the gates open at 5 with fireworks due to start at around 7. It’s pay on the gate, cash only. Please bear in mind that there is no on-site parking except a small number of disabled spaces and no parking on Ambleside Way. There will also be a cash only can/pop bar outside so you can beat the queues!

Happy Halloween! Treat yourself to a devilishly delicious Blackberry Gin Sour.
30ml Gin
15ml BlackBerry Liqueur/Creme de Mure
10ml Maple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Egg White or Aquafaba
All into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake,strain and serve.
