A Room with a Brew has closed down. The building is now occupied by a bar called The Good the Bad and the Drunk.

A Room With A Brew has new owners. It is with sadness that Scribbler's Ales is reporting that it has sold A Room With A Brew. It has new owners who plan to provide food and open seven days a week from 12 noon. Scribbler's Ales wishes to thank all our customers over the past five years and hope that they will continue to enjoy our wide range of beers and support the new owners.

The bar will now open seven days a week from 12 noon operating under Covid restrictions; today (Friday) the bar will be serving Ploughman's Lunches to enjoy with your drinks. Cans of Scribbler's Ales can still be purchased to takeaway, either at the bar or through Scribbler's Ales directly who can deliver locally.

Please stay safe and when visiting the bar adhere to the Government's guidelines.

Wednesday and Thursday we are opening at 4.00pm. Friday and Saturday we open at 12.00 noon, Sunday at 3.00pm. Come along for a drink (please follow Government guidelines) or you can buy our cans for a takeaway drink at home. We have six cask ales on this week, five from Scribbler's Ales and a guest Nottingham Brewery pale ale called Bullion at 4.7%. We have six keg ales and a cider as well as our usual spirits, wines and soft drinks.

Wednesday today and we open at 4.00pm. Opening now on Thursdays 4.00pm to 10.00pm. Come along and enjoy a night out or if you would rather drink at home, buy some of our Scribbler's Ales in a 440ml can. You can purchase from the bar or our brewery (at Stapleford) or we will deliver locally.

Opening today, Wednesday at 4pm. Come along for a drink or to buy our take away 440ml cans of Scribbler's Ales to enjoy at home. Six cask beers on - Rubecca, Beerfest at Tiffany's, Hoppy Potter and the Goblet of Ale, Beyond Reasonable Stout and Electric Mango IPA. Six keg ales on offer - Brooklyn lager, San Miguel, Hophouse 13, Cold Gold, Ra and Insomnia. Lilley's Mango cider is available as well as our usual spirits, wines and soft drinks.

A Room With A Brew opened on Derby Road in the heart of the thriving Canning Circus area of Nottingham in January 2016. It is the brewery tap for local brewers Scribbler’s Ales.

A cosy, friendly micro pub, we have 8 hand pumps serving a range of Scribbler’s own beer and 2/3 guest ales, 4 craft ales or lagers, 3 craft ciders and great selection of gins, wines and spirits.

Although we are unable to serve hot food we always have a selection of snacks such as pork pies sausage rolls and scotch eggs.

We offer CAMRA discount of 20p off a pint and 10p off a half of all real ales.
