On the menu today:
Spicy green burgers
Beef onion and mushroom burgers
Sweet Thai lentil burgers
Kofta (lamb) burgers

Each burger comes with the option to add cheese, bacon, pineapple and chilli sauce!

The Peacock Kitchen is looking for new Staff!

We are looking for 1-2 people for part time and full time hours. We are looking for individuals with experience in food production, a good knowledge of vegan food and a experience in making new recipes that we can sell in the Peacock.

Your duties will include:

Preparing and serving food in a fast paced environment
Bringing new recipes and ideas to the Peacock menu
Co-managing the kitchen, ordering stock, maintaining an active presence on social media

Drop us a message for more information, we will be looking to get people in for trial shifts as early as next week.

Burger me it's Saturday again!

We'll be taking our standard menu off serving 4 festive burgers:

Butternut squash and thyme nut roast burger

Cheese-stuffed beef and mushroom seitan burger

Pork and apple seitan burger

Chicken and stuffing burger with cranberry sauce
.. all served with garlic and herb chips and salad for £8.50

And we'll still be serving fish and chips and battered sausage as usual for the die-hard fans 🙂

Philly cheesesteak sandwich with salad and chips

Pesto macaroni cheese served with garlic bread and salad

Turkey and stuffing sandwich with cranberry sauce

Check out our Coffee and Caramelised Pecan Cheesecake 😍. The kitchen crew advise coming early to avoid disappointment, as at least one of them is threatening to smash the whole cake in one go! Ooo and there is Biscoff ice-cream on the menu today, which is a bit of a game changer we reckon!
