In late 2017 we set out on a journey to create a small intimate space, which offered something different to the chains and high footfall venues that are dotted around the city.
We wanted to develop a bar that offered a concise, detailed menu of cocktails and an ever-changing range of craft and independent beers, all delivered with a focus on sustainability.
The media has all made us very aware of the global problem of plastic waste and the effect on our oceans and in turn the wildlife within them, however plastic waste is just the tip of the iceberg.
