We have always had a vision of combining our great loves food, wine and fashion, and are so pleased that we will be able to soon share our latest part of this journey, being our wine caves and cellars - Cantine Dell'Angelo! Joining our Lounge and Cocktail Bar in Bar Gigi and also our Boutique - Gigi Bottega. All combined underneath the beautiful roof of the Flying Horse Walk, we hope this will create an exciting concept which brings a rare and exclusive new way to experience the pleasures of life.”

Since the summer of 2017 we have been developing and restoring the cellars underneath our boutique Gigi Bottega within the 14th Century building, the Flying Horse Walk. After digging out 600 tonnes of soil and rubble we knew that the caves underneath the cellars we knew that this would be the perfect place for the ultimate wine experience. These past five years have been a physical challenge, but we are so proud of what we have discovered. The driving force throughout this was that we believe we have something very special and we want to deliver something extraordinary!

Take a journey beneath our wine cellars and have a sneak peak at our exclusive champagne caves. 960 bottles of various champagne labels will be stored at the perfect, natural temperature and humidity in these beautiful cellars, 15 meters below street level

An exciting new update.

For those who have followed us since we launched our Instagram, we know we have been quiet on here for quite some time, however behind the scenes it has been quite the opposite. Years of excavation, thousands of hours of planning, taking the time to carefully develop an ultimate wine experience which you would only be able to enjoy at Cantine Dell’Angelo. Our website is nearly complete, so we will be launching our dates and booking system very soon. Follow our next few posts to find out more and what will be happening in our historical caves and cellars.

Angelo Trivigno - Founder of the caves and cellars here at Cantine Dell’Angelo. To our followers and future customers and all the people who have been effected by this terrible virus, this is something we have never seen in our lifetimes. My heart goes to everybody suffering through these difficult times. After 3 years of tremendously hard work, mentally, physically and emotionally. Today after great anticipation on my birthday we were supposed to be having the grand opening with guests coming from all over the world. Beyond our control this has changed like so many other things in all of our lives globally. Through this journey I have learnt so much about myself, my hard work, determination, my positive attitude and never give up in the hardest times. I can’t wait to welcome you all to show you how amazing this historical beautiful venue is whilst enjoying a glass of the of the finest wine.
