APW Fitness circuits are back this Monday!

We’re restarting Monday night at 6pm at Bestwood Village Community Centre, with Adie leading the session.

If you’ve been meaning to get moving again (or just need a good kick up the backside after the weekend 😅), this is the perfect place to start. Friendly group, no pressure, all abilities welcome.

Just bring yourself, some water, and a bit of energy — we’ll do the rest.
