Finished set of aluminium fully electric gates hung on some gorgeous brick piers, finished with buff concrete pier caps! Along with multiple opening systems, such as 4 key fobs, 1 wireless keypad inside the house and 1 wired keypad on the pier. And to polish it off, 2 LED up down lights on night sensors 🤌🏼

Seating storage! Our customer came to us looking for seating options, we came up with the added idea of having storage underneath. Using EPDM, and plywood we created a waterproof top, that is removable, allowing for storage inside the long bench! Finished off with thin coat render and cedar wood battens 🙌🏼

Some exciting progress at house flip project, we modernised the old bathroom and have fitted a new bath, along with some fresh micro cement style shower boards! Simple but very effective, shower screen will be added along with a shower rail to complete this bathing area
