Day 13 of our Cocktail Origins series and we’re heading to the coast! 🌊

There’s nothing quite like a Dark 'n' Stormy when the tide’s rolling in at Blakeney Point. It’s a sailor’s classic: bold, spicy, and perfectly balanced. Legend has it the name comes from a sailor who saw the dark rum floating on the fiery ginger beer and remarked it was a colour only a fool or a dead man would sail under. ⛈️

Luckily, you don’t need a boat to enjoy one. We’ve been mixing these beauties all over Norfolk, bringing those coastal vibes to every event. Whether you’re watching the seals or celebrating your big day, this hit of rum and lime is a total winner. 😎

Ever wondered where your favourite summer sipper actually came from? 🍹

We’re kicking off our Cocktail Origins series with a total classic: The Daiquiri. Forget the frozen slushies: the real deal is just white rum, fresh lime juice, and a touch of sugar. Simple, sharp, and seriously refreshing.
