After being part of the Uk's first Pop-Up Restaurants in 2004/5 we decided to take things a step further by becoming one of the UK's first fulltime moving restaurant eatery serving our own style of Blighty barbecue cooked in our custom charcoal & wood fired ex MOD Sankey tool trailer. During the warmer months we plan to set up our marquee in various locations throughout Norfolk, Suffolk & East Ang

lia even venturing into London a few times a year. For each place we visit we will normally open for at least one long weekend from Thursday to Sunday & if the demand is there up to 2 weeks.
