We’ve had an incredible few months, welcoming so many great people through our doors, from our regulars to those visiting us for the first time.

👨‍🍳 MEET DANO - OUR HEAD CHEF

Behind every great pub is a great kitchen, and at Butcher Bhoy, we’re lucky to have Dano leading the way☘️

With around 20 years of experience as a chef, Dano joined the Butcher Bhoy team around five months ago, coming on board for the opening of our new venue.

Before joining us, Dano was at The Maids Head Hotel on Tombland, working in their 2 Rosette kitchen. Before that, he spent over 10 years with City Pub Company, working as an Area Chef and running St Andrews Brew House, while also supporting other sites across Norfolk and Cambridge - including The Hoste in Burnham Market and The Old Bicycle Shop in Cambridge.

So, the question is, what’s Dano’s favourite thing on our menu?
