We invite you to discover the exceptional craftsmanship of Brugal 1888 a premium Dominican rum, expertly double-aged to deliver remarkable depth and character.

Matured first in American oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in European oak Oloroso sherry casks, Brugal 1888 reveals rich notes of vanilla, red fruits, toffee, cocoa, dried fruits, and warm oak spice, leading to a long, smooth and elegant finish.

A sophisticated rum that’s perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or in a premium cocktail.

This month, we’re featuring The Macallan Diamonds Are Forever 55th Anniversary, the newest addition to our extensive Macallan range here at Whisky & Rum.

Distilled in 2007 and matured for 18 years, this limited-edition single malt celebrates the 55th anniversary of Diamonds Are Forever and marks The Macallan’s second collaboration with 007.

Crafted from an exceptional selection of first-fill European oak sherry casks, first-fill American oak sherry casks, red wine seasoned American oak casks, bespoke hybrid sherry seasoned casks, and refill sherry casks, it is bottled at 45.5% ABV, a subtle tribute to the anniversary year.

Elegant, complex, and unmistakably rare.

In association with The Macallan , we invite you to an elevated tasting experience hosted by a dedicated Macallan ambassador - an opportunity to explore one of the world’s most respected whisky houses with depth and detail.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through The Macallan’s 12, 15 and 18 Year Old expressions, each offering its own character and complexity, alongside a specially selected pour chosen for the occasion.

Perfectly paired with a refined selection of canapés, every element of the night has been curated to complement the whisky and enhance the experience.
