I know I’m biased, but today’s roasts are looking absolutely spot on!
We’ve got fresh beetroot nut roast, crispy Pork Belly, tender Beef and glazed Gammon on today!

They’re all piled high with duck fat roasties, seasonal veg, proper gravy and a Yorkshire pudding that barely fits on the plate!

If you’re feeling a bit extra, we’ve also got my favourites of Brie stuffed pigs in blankets, cauliflower cheese and plenty of other sides to load up your roast.

And then there’s dessert…

Creme Egg Brownies.
Snickers Brownies.

Honestly, if you’re thinking about cooking today, don’t.

Tested out a few new dishes today, coming to the menu in the next couple of days.

My favourite is this triple beetroot salad which is candied, golden and baby beetroot, all cooked with couscous, cucumber, carrot, mixed beans and then your choice of either goats cheese or breaded buttermilk chicken a cracking summer dish full of protein but light!

The family favourite was the gammon egg and chips!

The kids favourite is the pulled pork burger, which is a slow cooked Boston butt in my bbq sauce!

Lasagne also coming along with our new vegan burger which is beetroot feta and goats cheese!
