Last week was busy… but this weekend just gone??
You lot absolutely LOST THE PLOT 😅🔥

We love it!! ❤️

The pub was heaving, the garden was rammed, the beer was flying, and somehow we all survived it (just about). Massive love to every single one of you, you guys make this place what it is 💛

We’re taking a slightly slower start today, doors open around 6pm as we’re off getting the pub dogs looking less like scruffy little gremlins 🐶✂️

SUNDAY AT THE NELSON 🍻

What an absolute blast we had yesterday!

The pub and beer garden were absolutely stacked with friends, family, and good vibes for a christening party we were proud to host, and what a day it turned into!

From start to finish it was non-stop… and then to top it all off, the the DC Wilson band hit the stage, and wow… unbelievably talented. Proper atmosphere, proper night 👏

Thank you to everyone who came down and made it what it was ❤️

Today we’re easing things back a notch with a well-earned Wind Down Sunday…

🍻 Maali is taking the helm this afternoon
🌙 Chloe will be running the show this evening

SATURDAY AT THE NELSON 🍻🔥

Wow… where do we even start ❤️

After what’s been an absolutely mind-boggling week for us, seeing so many of you come out last night for Amy’s birthday party honestly meant the world. The love, the support, the kind words, we’ve felt every bit of it, and we appreciate every single one of you more than you know 🙌

What a night it turned out to be…

Coyotekaraoke brought the energy as always 🎤🔥 and The sausage man and his charcoal bbq did not stop all night 🌭💨

Safe to say… there’s probably a few sore heads knocking about this morning 😅🍺

BUT… no rest for the wicked… we go again!

This afternoon we’ve got a christening party with us 👶🎉 so the pub will be busy and full of life once again!

We’ll be doing our absolute best to keep waiting times to a minimum, Josh and Maali are on today keeping everything running smoothly… absolute troopers 💪🍻

AND THEN TONIGHT…

From 7:45PM we welcome the DC Wilson Band performing LIVE at The Nelson for the very first time 🎶🔥

It’s going to be BIG. Proper live music, great atmosphere, and exactly what we all need right now ❤️

Firstly, apologies for being closed the last couple of days, we’ll update everyone properly on that very soon. Thanks for sticking with us 💙

We’re back at it tonight! 🎤
Coyotekaraoke is here, along with a special birthday celebration for Amy, so come down and help us make it a good one!

🔥 The sausage man and his charcoal bbq will also be joining us, serving up proper butchers meat cooked over hot coals… exactly how a BBQ should be!

Then tomorrow we’ve got a private christening party, so the pub will be busy throughout the day.

We’re looking forward to seeing you all again, it’s been a strange couple of days, that’s for sure!

Before anything else, we just want to say a massive thank you to all of you for bearing with us last week.
It was a really tough one for all of us after losing Pops ❤️
The support, kind words and understanding honestly meant the world.

Sundays at The Nelson… 🍻

Firstly, a massive thank you to everyone who came down last night for Lee Vasey & friends… what a night that turned out to be!

The music was spot on, the atmosphere was something else, and honestly… what an awesome group of people you all are. Nights like that are exactly what The Nelson is all about ❤️

Today we’re keeping things nice and easy…

A proper chilled Sunday down here.

Cold drinks, good company, and a place to just sit back, unwind and reset for the week ahead.
