We are on the look out for a superstar HEAD CHEF to spear head our food offering, from inside our quintessential English pub and our outside wood burning pizza oven in our bottom garden.

Set in the beautiful village of Harrington, “The Tolly” is perfectly located between Market Harborough, Northampton, and Kettering, making the morning commute into the countryside a joy. We have been blessed with winning many local and national awards, from brewery awards to National Pub of the Year award.

This is a very exciting position, to join in such a pivotal position you must relish a challenge, be passionate about working with amazing local produce, but also love developing people, relationships, and the pub.

We offer a great salary, equal share of all tips, 2 ½ days off a week, great career progression and an environment to shine.
