Safe to say this one has been keeping our chefs busy...

Our dark chocolate and salted caramel fudge brownie is proving a popular choice, served with caramel sauce, fudge pieces, chocolate crumb and honey clotted cream ice cream. 🍫🍯

We’re fortunate to work with some fantastic farmers, growers and suppliers across North Yorkshire and beyond, and their produce plays a big part in everything we do here at The Wellington Heifer.

By cooking with the seasons and sourcing carefully, we're able to make the most of what's flourishing throughout the year and create dishes that reflect the quality of the ingredients we're working with.

We're proud of the relationships we've built with our suppliers and grateful for the hard work that goes into producing the food that reaches our kitchen each day.
